Permission to set up stalls before Friday 15th September 2017 is to be discussed with Trade Space Secretary only.
Site allocation is the responsibility of the Trade Space Secretary and Committee.
All stalls need to submit their insurance and business registration papers with this form to be considered.
Food stalls once accepted must apply to the Shire of Moora ph. 9651 0000 for a TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT before
approval is complete).
A tax invoice will be issued upon acceptance of request for stall for full amount owing. This will be considered your
receipt upon payment. Your place will not be secure until payment is made. No stall will be admitted on ground
until payment is received by CMAS.
Not all requests will be approved as each is considered separately. Local vendors and groups will be given preference.
All electrics must meet RAS standards.
All entry to the grounds is to be via the SOUTH GATE ONLY.
Trade space on the OVAL must be set up and vehicles removed by 9.30am as the public are admitted at 10am.
No Trade stalls are permitted to leave before 5pm. There will not be Fireworks this year.
All large machinery will be situated on the bitumen area inside the main entry.
No movement of vehicles during show unless at the Groundsman’s permission and under Supervision
Volunteer Groups and Not for Profit are eligible for a discounted trade space. Please discuss with Trace Secretary.
NO DOGS ALLOWED WITHIN THIS VENUE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. (Shire Ranger will be monitoring)
