Porthpean Camp Meeting
Dear Parents
As we move through the summer term, the Porthpean camp draws ever closer. I understand that
there are many things you need to think about when preparing your child for their time away from
home.
Usually there are a few questions that parents would like to ask or points which they would like
clarified, therefore there will be a meeting of all interested parties on the evening of Thursday 18th
May in the Gym commencing at 3:30 p.m. It is very important that all pupils attending the camp and,
if possible, their parent(s) should attend this meeting.
There will also be a booklet given out at the meeting which contains all of the information that you
need to know about our residential camp.
