SUMMER SCHEME.
Dear Parents,
We will be providing Childcare during July & August. As the Summer Scheme is very popular it is important to book your child’s
place now.
To help us in this matter and to ensure your child’s place, please complete the reply slip below and return with £20 deposit which will
secure your child’s place (deposit non refundable) PLEASE NOTE ACCOUNT IS MONTHLY AND JULY A/C MUST BE
PAID BY 10TH JULY AND AUGUST A/C MUST BE PAID BY 7TH AUG.
The Scheme will operate from Wednesday 1 July until Tuesday 25th August
During the Summer Scheme the children will go on outings to the park and take part in special activities (details will follow)
The Scheme will operate full day sessions 8.30am until 6pm at £15 or half day sessions 8.30am to 1pm / 1.30pm to 6pm at £10.00.
Breakfast club is available daily from 8.00am at £1 per day. Children should bring a packed lunch in a cool bag to full day sessions.
All pre-booked places must be paid for even if the child does not attend. Please book weeks required and pay a deposit of £20 per
family (non-refundable). Please note deposits will be credited to July / August monthly accounts.

SUMMER SCHEME INFORMATION
ALL PARENT/CARERS (OVER 18 YEARS) must accompany children to the door and sign in and out.
PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN – May only attend morning sessions.
Personal items MUST be clearly labelled and children MUST BRING A COAT DAILY for walks/outings.
SUNCREAM (MUST NOT BE COCONUT BASED) – Please apply before coming to Centre and if you wish it to be
reapplied please label with child’s name and leave it in the office.
MEDICATION - Must be left in office and will only be given if a Consent Form has been completed.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS/DROP OFF OR PICK-UP
All days booked must be paid for and can only be changed if alternative day is available.
Please ring the Office if your child is not attending or arriving after 9.30 am as the group may be going out.
If you wish to collect your child early please contact the Office in case we are out.
SNACK AND LUNCH
Morning and afternoon snack will be provided. Children attending all day should bring a packed lunch in a cool bag.
All food MUST be nut free.
Breakfast is available i.e. cereal, toast, fruit, milk / juice from 8.00 am – 8.30 am if required @ £1.50 per morning
booked and payable in advance.
Afternoon Tuck Shop available, recommended spend 50p / £1.
BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT
A comprehensive Behaviour Management plan is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all children and staff.
All unwanted behaviour will be discussed with parents/carer to help bring solution to the problem. Continuation of
unwanted behaviour will be recorded and may result in your child losing their place.
ACCOUNTS
Summer Scheme Accounts are monthly and must be paid in advance. July accounts must be paid before 10th July
and August accounts must be paid before 7th August regardless of your child’s start date. Accounts can be paid online
(bank details available from office), by childcare vouchers, cheque or cash. Non payment of account will result in your
child’s place being cancelled.
ACTIVITIES/OUTINGS/TRIPS
There is a full Summer Scheme programme of activities, outings and trips (details to follow). You may be asked for a small
contribution towards some of the trips.
