It is essential that colleagues are aware of the results of the assessments because of the impact the findings should have on the department. This is a key component to closing the loop and developing a culture of continuous improvement. Actions & Follow up What did your department/college do with what was learnt? Are there any more actions to be done over the next year? No more than ½ page. This should always be more than “faculty discussion”. The actions and follow up must indicate specific, measurable actions with end dates- keep track of and document the process that was undertaken.
