Chairman of Competitions and Representative Squads Committee and Head Coach
To be responsible supporting the Head Coach with the management, coaching and
selection of the County FA U18 squad during their competitive match programme
for Season 14-15
September 2014-June 2015
Key skills and experience required: Essential









FA Level 1
A valid FA Emergency Aid Qualification
Hold a valid FA Safeguarding Children Workshop certificate
An accepted Enhanced FA CRC (Criminal Records Check) Disclosure
Hold valid FA Coach License
Experience in planning and delivering sessions to meet the needs of players
Willingness to work and travel away at weekends and attend training events when required
Valid Driving License - Own transport essential
Be able to demonstrate effective communication skills
Desirable








Level 2 or UEFA B / FA Level 3 Certificate in Coaching Football
FA Youth Award – Module 1,2 or 3
Experience in coaching and managing U18 players
Knowledge of U18’s football within the County
An understanding of Talent Identification
An appreciation of Long Term Player Development
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage own time
