challenge is family dynamics, loneliness, grief or depression.

This workshop is an opportunity to prepare for the challenges you
face this holiday season. We will discover ways to care for
ourselves and others in the midst of the difficulties … so that more
joy and peace can abound. The workshop will include teaching,
creative reflection and interaction.
