DISCIPLINE
Any Team Official or Player ejected from a match (shown a red card) is automatically suspended for one match,
which is to be served in the next scheduled WYSA League or Playoff match. The Match Official will submit the match
report to the WYSA Office where the WYSA Disciplinarian will review and determine if any additional disciplinary
action is warranted. This will then be communicated to the Team Official via email. WYSA follows the Manitoba
Soccer Association Disciplinary Guidelines, which can be found on the WYSA website under Discipline.
If dismissed in a competition outside of the WYSA League, (i.e. Tournament), the suspension is to be served in the
competition it is received, unless the Team has no further matches, in which case it will be served in the Team’s next
scheduled League or Play-Off match.
GAME SHEETS
Each team shall list the full names (first and last) of all Team Officials and Players present at the match. Players under
suspension or who are not present should not be listed on the game sheet to avoid any discrepancies. When
designated as the Home Team, please ensure that the game sheet is filled out well in advance and provided to the
Away Team at least 15 minutes before the scheduled kickoff time. The Home Team is listed first on the schedule and
game sheets are to be provided by the Home Team for each match. Most facilities will have a few extra game sheets
on site. If you need additional game sheets, please find them at the information booth at one of the facilities.
GUEST PLAYERS (WYSA Rule 4.1)
A maximum of three (3) guest players may be used for league matches. Players can only guest up to 5 games with the
same team during the League Season. Guest players must be registered from the Home Club and also registered with
a team participating in a WYSA League that is younger or a lower level. Guest Players must be clearly identified on
the game sheet with a “GP” beside their name.
Recreation Coaches please note the guest player rules for recreation teams indicate recreational teams may use
guest players, provided they are from one of the clubs of with the team is comprised.
