GAME NOTES
1.Game times will be three (3) 15-minute periods.
2. Pre-game warm up will be five (5) minutes.
3. There will be one (1) 30 second timeout per team permitted in each game.
4. Round robin format will be played on Day 1 and Day 2.
5. Semi Final Game and Championship Game will be played on Day 3.
6. At the conclusion of each game all players will line up at centre ice and shake
hands.
7. Three (3) full hours must be allotted between games for same team. The set
schedule rules if the delay is less than 30 minutes.
8. Game times may be changed provided they meet the 3-hour rest
requirements for teams.
9.Consider Game 5 to be an opportunity to attract a larger fan base.
10. Team playing Game 5 on Day 1 must not be scheduled to play in Game 6 on
Day 2. This means that one team must play in Game 1 on Day 1 and in Game 6
on Day 2.
11. Anticipate a longer Game 13 due to overtime.
12. Hockey Canada Rule 10.16 - Tied Game will apply regarding flooding
the ice in overtime.
13. On Day 1 and on Day 2 flood after the completion of second period
and at games end.
14. In the Semi-Final and Championship game all game times will be
3 fifteen (15) minute stop time periods with the ice to be resurfaced
prior to all games and at the end of the second period for Atom and
PeeWee games and at the end of both the first and second periods for
Bantam, Midget and Juvenile games.
15. In the Championship Game the team who finished higher in the round
robin series shall be listed as the home team.
