All teams must check-in no later than 30 minutes prior to their first game.
All teams must sign liability form at time of check-in.
All teams must clean-up dugouts at completion of each game.
NOBODY IS ALLOWED IN THE DUGOUTS THAT DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE ROSTER AS A PLAYER OR A
COACH OR A SCOREKEEPER. NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN ANY DUGOUT.
Teams may purchase “ReDo/Outs” tickets for $5.00 each (limit 2 per game) from the field scorekeeper
15 minutes prior to each game. A double-out play redo requires two tickets.
Unused ReDo tickets cannot be carried over to future games.
Players shall show respect and courtesy for officials, scorekeepers, all teams, players and spectators.
This is a charitable event, children are present; all players, coaches and spectators shall conduct
themselves appropriately. Foul language and fighting will not be tolerated.
PLAYER LINEUP/FIELDING REQUIREMENTS
LINEUP MUST BE TURNED IN 15 minutes PRIOR to game
Five male and five female players must be in the lineup at all times (six and six if A.H. is used). Any five
male and any five female players must play defense. Pitcher and Catcher must be alternate male and
female. Must have equal number male and female players in the outfield and equal number male and
female players in the infield. (Exception: teams may have more female players in the field than male
players).
Exception: A minimum of 9 players can start a game. However, there must always be five female
players in the lineup. An out shall be declared for the 10th position in the lineup when that position is
scheduled to bat. A 10th player may be added in the 10th position of the lineup at any time before the
end of the game. That player can be male or female. If a team starts with 9 or 10 players, they are not
allowed to add the 11th or 12th player at a later time.
In the mixed program, teams starting with 12 players may drop down to 11 or 10 players but cannot
have more males than females in the lineup. For example, if a female player is removed from the lineup,
the male player following her in the lineup must be removed. If a male player is removed from the
lineup, the female player following him in the line may stay in the lineup.
HOME RUNS = OUT
Any ball hit over the fence in fair territory will be an OUT!
Any time the batter is ruled out because of an over-the-fence home run, the ball is dead and no runners
can advance.
A home run out will NOT end the inning (unless it is the third out of the inning), nor will it be a lineup
position out.
COURTESY RUNNER
Only one courtesy Runner per inning may be used. The courtesy runner will be the last recorded out. If it
is the first inning of the game, no courtesy runner may be used until an out is recorded. If the courtesy
runner is still on base when his/her turn to bat come us, the original baserunner can take the place on
base with no penalty. For Mixed games, only the last male out can run for the a male and only the last
female out can run for a female. You get one male and one female runner per inning.
WALK/AWARDED BASE ON BALLS
When a male batter receives a base on balls or intentional walk, he will be awarded first and second
base with the next female batter having the option to walk or bat.
RUN RULE
15 after 4
10 after 5
