BREEAM In-Use is an online, international, environmental assessment methodology for independent,
third-party assessment and certification of a building’s operational performance. This collection of
statistics provides a snap shot of the assets certified to BREEAM In-Use based on asset location,
building type and age.

gross internal floor area. The survey of users was conducted in December 2016 and is based on responses from 92 users.
