PROMO MECHANICS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FREE RIDE AT GRAB WITH YOUR CITI CARD 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. The Promotion (“Promo”) will run from July 1 to 5, 2016 (“Enrollment and Redemption”). The Promo is open to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Cards (“Card”) that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch (“Citibank”), are active and in good credit standing and with available credit limit. A Cardholder who enrolls his/her Citi Card as default payment card for the first time using the Grab facility, books and takes a ride through the Grab app during the Promo Period gets the first ride FREE, up to P180 (“Reward”). At the end of the promo period, not later than 30 days after, Cardholders who meet the qualifying requirements and who are in good credit standing will be reimbursed the amount of the FREE ride (up to P180 only). Cardholders who have met the qualifying requirements should see the reimbursement line on their corresponding Statements of Account in their next billing cycle, not later than a month after their statement cut-off after the promo period. Each qualified Cardholder shall / will only be eligible for the Reward once throughout the promo period, regardless of the number rides booked and taken, and regardless of the number of Citi cards under the cardholder’s name. The Reward is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services. All redemptions are final. In case Cardholder books and fails to cancel a ride, this will still be considered a ride once charged to his Citi Card. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, Citibank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Citibank with the concurrence of DTI. 10. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transactions, the redemption of the Reward, or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the Reward to the Cardholder’s Card account, at Citibank’s discretion.
