ENROLLS IN ANY PERIOD THROUGHOUT THE PROMOTION
Top ticket earner must have a minimum of 50 tickets to be eligible to win a two yr. car lease. Tie breaker goes to the person with the highest ETPV earned from new enrollees during the promotion.
Car drawing for the two yr. lease will be held among those with 15 tickets or more. The 3 minimum four week period qualifications are: 1 new enrollment, 140 PV+ Autoship/MPV, & Summit Membership
in order to earn tickets in the period. Distributor will forfeit consistency points if the minimum qualifications are not met and be forced to start over at 1 ticket the following period beginning a new
progression. Must be on the Juuva Convention Cruise to win the car leases. Can only win one of the two cars. The second year will only be reimbursed by Juuva if the Distributor is active in Juuva and
Summit and growing. Juuva will reimburse you for your lease payment monthly, which will not exceed $550 USD per month for a period of two years. Must be responsible for own insurance and contract
with the dealer directly. Distributor will be responsible to meet all terms of the lease. Must agree to let Juuva use pictures and testimonials for marketing purposes. Winner is responsible for all taxes and
Juuva will send a 1099 for the amount of the lease. Amount may be tax deductible for the Distributor. USA/Canada promotion only. Juuva retains the right to change promotion details at any time.
