$50 one-time fee must be submitted with the completed application for
admission.
$20 fee will be assessed for each check returned from the bank as
uncollectible.

The University requires mandatory health insurance for all full-time
students. The fall semester bill will include a charge for 5 months of
coverage August 1 – December 31 in the amount of $1,238.00. The spring
semester bill will include a charge for 7 months of coverage January 1 – July
31 in the amount of $1,715.00. If the student has comparable health
insurance coverage and wishes to waive the health insurance charge on the
bill, the student may submit a health insurance waiver application in Banner
Web. A late health waiver filing fee of $65 will be assessed for waiver
applications received after the posted deadlines.

The Nursing program lab fee is assessed on a per semester (full- time), or per
credit (part-time) basis to equally distribute this additional program cost
over the length of enrollment in the program. It is not assessed based on
course content for the term.
$50/occurrence fee will be assessed to past due accounts after the
expiration of the ten (10) day grace period. A one-time courtesy waiver may
be granted upon request.

$150 mandatory fee is assessed to all new (including transfer) students to
support orientation and other new student programming. This fee cannot
be waived for students who opt not to attend.
 In-state undergraduate student registered for more than 18 credits: $519
per credit.
 Out-of-state undergraduate student registered for more than 18 credits:
$535 per credit
 In-state graduate student registered for more than 18 credits: $656 per
credit.
 Out-of-state graduate student registered for more than 18 credits: $681
per credit.
 In-state MBA/in-state and out-of-state MLS graduate student registered
for more than 18 credits: $742 per credit.
 Out-of-state MBA graduate student registered for more than 18 credits:
$763 per credit.

$45/term fee will be payable at the time of enrollment in a payment plan
agreement.
$100 fee will be charged to students who have been dropped from their
courses and would like to re-register. A one-time courtesy waiver may be
granted upon request.
