Exit (left) on Fifth Street. Follow Fifth Street through downtown Cincinnati (past Fountain
Square and the Chiquita Building) to Pike Street. Turn right on Pike Street. Veer to the right
onto Fourth Street. The Guilford Institute is on the left just past Lytle Park.
*From I-74 Indiana- follow I-74 to I-75 and follow directions above.
From I-71 South – Ohio
Exit at Third Street. Turn right at the first light onto Broadway Street. Turn right onto Fifth Street.
Turn right on Pike Street. Veer to the right onto Fourth Street. The Guilford Institute is on the
left just past Lytle Park.
From I-75 North – Kentucky
Cross the Brent Spence Bridge and exit (right) on Fifth Street. Follow Fifth Street through
downtown Cincinnati (past Fountain Square and the Chiquita Building) to Pike Street. Turn
right on Pike Street. Veer to the right onto Fourth Street. The Guilford Institute is on the left just
past Lytle Park.
From I-471 North – Kentucky
Exit at Sixth Street. Turn left on Sycamore. Turn left on Fifth Street. Turn right on Pike Street.
Veer to the right onto Fourth Street. The Guilford Institute is on the left just past Lytle Park.
Parking Options
Street Parking: There are parking meters located on both Broadway and Fifth Street.
The time length for these meters is generally 2 hours.
Parking Garage:
 East Garage is the Public Parking Garage located on the corner of Pete Rose Way
and Broadway. The cost is a flat rate of $4.00 per day.
 303 Broadway garage located on Broadway also offers public parking and may be
accessed from Broadway. The rate for 303 is $2.00 for every 20 minutes with a
maximum charge of $12.00.
Please note the above rates may vary due to local events in the Downtown area and are subject to
change. Public parking in both garages is available on a first come first serve basis.
Also note: Public parking is not available in the 310 Broadway garage (red-bricked garage with revolving
Western & Southern clock on top of building) located on Broadway.
