Profile wherein your existing

Department, Grade, Officer to whom he should report to,
etc. are also maintained.
Family details of the Employee are maintained, which keeps
track of the number of dependant people in his/her family
and this comes handy during Medical Reimbursement if and
when claimed.
Qualification Details of the employee
are kept here.
Work Experience details are maintained which
includes his previous Employers, salary drawn and
Important projects handled and Skills.
Extracurricular Activities/ Awards if received by
the Employee in his past work history can be
kept here.

attendance
directly from the
data format
which the Swipe
Card machine
uses.
After marking the
Attendance, the
Payslips can be
generated.
Payroll gets
generated
depending upon
the number of
days the
Employee is
present in that
month.
During Payslip
generation,
flexibility has
been provided
that the user can
add certain
earnings/
deductions for
that particular
month for an
Employee, other
than the ones
defined in his
Salary structure.
Final Settlement
is carried out by
the HR.
The Salary, Loan,
Asset and Leave
status is made
available at this
point.
During Final
Settlement, the
amount to be
paid and to be
deducted is
made available
automatically.
Any extra
adjustments in
the amount to be
paid or deducted
is also possible.
The HR can also
update the
number of leaves
at any point of
time.
‘N’ number of different
Analytical Reports can be
generated through the software
which help the management in
Decision making process.
Similarly Graphs can be made
available for Employee
Late-Coming v/s Late-Sitting,
Newly Joined Employees v/s
Resigned Employees, etc.
