Contestants must be 21 years of age at the time of their entry.
No employee or family member of Oasis Pools and Spas or Dixie Fencing
may participate in this promotion
No employee of another pool or fencing company may win this promotion.
All prizes awarded “as is,” are not nontransferable nor may be exchanged.
Each contestant is allowed to drop one in one entry per day during the length
of the promotion that is provided by Oasis.
Additional bonus entries will be given to in-store customers
Each contestant may also go online to www.us963.com and print out a single
entry from the Oasis Pools and Spas advertisement. That entry may then be
printed out and brought into the store for deposit into the drawing container.
The winner must redeem their prize within a calendar year.
Oasis Pools and Spas and Dixie Fencing are not responsible for the limitations
posed by any land that is too small for a pool to be installed.
An official(s) from Oasis Pools and Spas will select a single entry on the
afternoon at July 22, Central Standard Time.
The entry must be completely filled out in order to constitute an acceptable
entry
An entry must be legible in order to identify the winner correctly. If the entry
is not legible, then it will not be considered a valid entry.
All State, local, Federal and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing
fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the
winner. Because this prize is valued at $40,000, the winner will be issued an
IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.
Oasis Pools and Spas and Dixie Fencing and their owners, officers,
employees, affiliates, successors and assigns shall be released from all liability
and shall be held harmless for any injury, misfortune, damages or expenses to
either persons or property by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any
contest and by use or non-use of any prize received. Winners also accept the
prizes as-is.
Prize must be claimed in person at Oasis Pools and Spas at their Pemberton
Square Drive location in Vicksburg, Mississippi, during regular business
hours and within ten business days of winning, excluding holidays. After
such time, ownership of the said prize reverts back to the ownership to be

disposed of at their discretion. The winner then loses all claims and rights to
said prize.
Proper identification must be presented to claim prize. Winners will be asked
to fill out a Winner’s Affidavit and Release.
All entrants and winners agree that Oasis Pools and Spas may broadcast or
publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other
likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason the Oasis
deems necessary without compensation. All entrants further agree to release
Oasis Pools and Spas and their owners, officers, employees and affiliates from
any liability related to such publication, broadcast or use.
The winner will receive the following prize specs: 16'x32' In-ground Pool Vinyl Liner, 6' step-white, 1- skimmer-white, 1- ladder, 2- main drains, 1cleaner line, 6' depth in deep end, 1 -HP pump, 1- SD80 filter, 536 sq ft
concrete, 6' cedar fence-1"x6' dog ear cedar picket treated post and runners, 13' gate, Fence surrounds concrete area only, 132' linear feet of fence.
If Oasis determines that extra dirt work or any obstacle stands in the way of
installing pool it is the winners expense.
Any item that winner wants to add to pool or fence is at winner expense.
If winner lives more than 50 miles from the Vicksburg store additional
charges will apply.
The pool has to be installed at the address on the winning ticket.
Any permits or subdivision requirements will be paid and handle by winner.
There will be no exchanges or trade for other pool or spa equipment if winner
doesn't want the pool or already has a pool.
Oasis Pools and Spas reserves the right to alter or end a contest as deemed
necessary, at any time without any advance notice to the public.
Ownership reserves the right limit the number of times an individual may
enter a contest or drawing.
Oasis pools and spas and Dixie fence has full discrepancy of schedule when
the pool and fence will be installed.
Ownership reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawing in
order to win their prizes.
Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud,
deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify the
individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at
the sole discretion of the station, as well as forfeiture of any prize of prizes
won by fraudulent means.
