and services anywhere MasterCard Debit Cards are accepted. This card is not a credit card. The
card does not constitute a checking, savings or other Credit Union accounts. Also, this card is
not connected in any way to your existing checking or savings accounts you have here at
DFDFCU.
 Authorized Users: You may purchase this card for personal use or as a gift. Once the owner of
the card is decided they should sign the back of the card immediately.

 $9.95 purchase fee
 $3.95 companion card purchase fee
 $2.95 reload fee
 This card is a prepaid card loaded with a specified amount of funds, redeemable to buy goods
and services anywhere MasterCard Debit Cards are accepted. This card is not a credit card. The
card does not constitute a checking, savings or other Credit Union accounts. Also, this card is
not connected in any way to your existing checking or savings accounts you have here at
DFDFCU.
 Authorized Users: The owner of the card must be present to purchase the card. The owner’s
information is loaded onto the card for ease of use and reloading in the future. This card cannot
be purchased as a gift for another individual.
