U.S. Cellular Unlimited Contract Payoff FAQs How long will it take to get my reimbursement and can I do anything to speed up the process? Once you have submitted your final bill you can expect to receive your Contract Payoff within 8-10 weeks. While we cannot guarantee faster processing there are some ways to help us verify your request quickly. Be sure to submit the page from your final bill with the Early Termination Fee or Remaining Installment Payments broken out for the applicable line on the account. If you submit only the summary page showing the total ETF for multiple lines it may delay processing. Only submit for lines that have an ETF or Remaining Installment Payments associated. More often than not customers find there will be some lines on their account without an ETF. Avoid submitting requests for these lines with no ETF associated. Refer to the detailed page of your final bill to see which lines have an ETF. Match the telephone number with the associated ETF or Remaining Installment Payments for that line when you submit. Accurately matching these numbers helps us verify the information. YOU MUST CREATE AN ENTRY FOR EACH TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU ARE CLAIMING! If you only submit one entry for all phone numbers the additional numbers will not be paid out How do I submit my final bill for Contract Payoff? If you received this type of notification it is most likely due to one of the following reasons: The image you uploaded is ineligible The image does not specifically call out a “Contract Termination Fee” or “Early Termination Fee” or “Hardware Installment Plan” for the line requesting to be Reimbursed The line entered does not match a line on the previous carrier bill The image you uploaded is too many pages. Do not include all the call detail pages of your bill making it difficult for us to find the ETF information Note: The final submission must be legible and clearly state a contract or termination fee or hardware installment plan. If you received this notification, please review the image you submitted. You may resubmit a new image for processing.
