Logging In
1. Open your browser and go to https://reg.sportingpulse.com/v5
2. Enter your username and password and login
Using Registration Forms & Taking Payments Online
You can setup registration forms to take your regos and even payments online easily. All of the
information you will need is available on support.sportingpulse.com. If you would like any assistance

The database allows you to customise your own registration form, and even handle family discounts.
Cash/cheque payments can be recorded and all of this information is easy to report on.
Adding New Teams
Teams are easily added and edited in the database. When you are logged in you will notice the
Teams menu item on the left hand side. Click this link and you will notice a
button on the right
hand side of the screen as indicated below. Just click this button to add a new team.
Adding New Players
Adding and editing new players or members can be done two ways. To add a member into your
database (as shown below) click on Members on the left hand side menu then click on the
symbol in the top right hand corner. You will then be able to fill out the information and details of
your member.
The other method of adding players to your database can be done through a registration form. For
information on how to setup a Registration Form, click here to go through to the support site for
instructions.
Managing Players in a team
When you select a team in the database you will notice that there is a button on the right-hand side
that will allow you to manage the players for this team.
You should see all of your club members in the box on the left side. Simply add the players over to
the right side that belong to this team then click Update to save the list.
There are filters available at the top of the screen to help you narrow down the list of players to
speed up the process for you.

Club Website
Your club will receive a free website with the system. This website will automatically display all of
the fixtures, results, ladders and stats for all of your players and teams. Additional to this, you have
access to the below functionality plus more:

Free yourclub.sportingpulse.net sub domain (or register your own domain and point it to
your site)
News display in multiple formats
Photo galleries
Social media links
Newsletter, Forum, Contact Details
Display your online registration forms

Access to your club website is controlled by your Association. Please join mySport then contact your
association to get access to your club website.
Advanced Website
SportingPulse can upgrade you to an advanced website. This has a modular look and your club can
upgrade to one of these sites for between $2,000 - $3,000. This site will also display all of your club
fixtures/results/ladders/stats . To see an example of an advanced website, please visit

Reporting
The reporting functionality for clubs will allow them to report on their own members and their data,
as well as report on competition data (fixtures/results etc.).
To access the reporting system, click on the Reports symbol
The clubs will then come to the screen below where they can report on any of the following
categories highlighted.
