Mascot Competition Entry Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these conditions.
2. The prize includes tickets for one adult and one child to Ireland V Pakistan in Malahide Co.
Dublin on August 18th 2016 only. Transport, refreshments and accommodation are not
included.
3. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and employees or family of any of
their subsidiaries are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid.
4. Entrants must be aged between 6 and 11 years old.
5. The closing date for entries is 14/08/15 (23.59 GMT+1).
6. In order to enter the draw, entrants/entrant’s parents/guardians must complete the
Mascot Entry form.
7. A single entry per individual is allowed. Each entry will be automatically entered for the
draw. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be
accepted for lost, destroyed, incomplete or winning notifications that are not received or
delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.
8. Winner will be selected at random after the closing date. Please note prize is only
available for Ireland v Pakistan, August 18th 2016.
9. The winner will be notified by email after the random draw has taken place. The winner will
have until 15/08/16 (14.00 GMT+1) to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in
forfeiture of the prize.
10. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
11. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. Cricket Ireland may use the winner’s name and image and their comments relating to the
prize for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes, in any media worldwide
without notice or without any fee being paid.
13. Cricket Ireland reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to
circumstances outside its reasonable control. Cricket Ireland’s decision on all matters is
final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen
circumstances Cricket Ireland reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or
greater value.
14. This competition shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have
exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising wherefrom.
15. Entrants are advised to print and keep safe these Terms and Conditions.
