What does this mean?
Every coed or women’s team that wants to sign up for the Fall 2017 season must have paid
their money and completed the forms & other registration items by this time. Each team’s
online roster will be reviewed at this time for completeness.
Each team must have at least 11 completely registered players by this time to be included on
the schedule (coed teams must have at least 5 women). The team rep does not need to come
to the office if the minimum of 11 players have registered via the web (paid via PayPal and if
needed, uploaded a photo, submitted copy of driver’s license & acknowledged the wavier). See
the Players section on the next page for complete requirements.
** We will NOT be taking player pictures on this day.
Players who can’t provide a digital picture must come to the office before this day to get a
picture taken to be included in the 11.
In order to PLAY in the first game, all players must be fully registered no later than
Wednesday, September 6th (both women’s and coed).

WHEN/WHERE
Teams planning to register must have their teams ready in the system by Wednesday, August 9
(women’s & coed). Registration information may be requested by calling the office or emailing the
registrar. Regular season games are scheduled to start on or after Friday, September 8th/Sunday,
September 10th (coed) & Sunday, September 10th (women’s). Player sign-up deadline for first game is
Wednesday, September 6th (women’s and coed). (NEW TEAMS please note: Returning teams in good standing
from the previous season have priority to sign up, and due to field and ref availability, we may not have room for any new
teams. However if there are openings, teams for each division are determined by lottery.)

HOW
You must have at least eleven (11) properly registered players on the deadline to be included on the
schedule. (For coed, must have at least 5 women.) You must have your online roster updated and
with just the players you have money for. Drop the other players and add them later when they
pay. This makes it much easier for the Registrar. No paper roster is needed.
Each team must have a $90 bond. New teams or teams that forfeited bond last season and have not
repaid the $90 must send a check before or on the deadline to the Treasurer at the league office, 4651 N.
1st Ave, Suite #204, 85718. Make checks or money orders payable to TWSL.


The registration application form can be found on the Forms/Info page on the website. The digital
picture must be in the form of a .jpg file (640x480); name of file must be player’s full name (i.e.
lastname_firstname.jpg). Players may get a digital picture taken at the office hours (on Wednesday
evenings, 5-7pm), or submit one on a 3.5” disk, CD or reps can upload to registration system. PLEASE
CROP PICTURES TO A HEAD SHOT. NO SUNGLASSES, HATS, FUNNY FACES, ETC.

General League Information
Coed games are played on Friday and Sunday nights (6:30pm or 8:15pm).
Women’s games are played on Sunday (9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm or 3:00pm) except summer.
Summer games (June – August) are played weeknights, usually Monday & Wednesday (6:30pm or 8:15pm).
Field locations vary but are usually Rillito, Udall, Ochoa, Golf Links, Sportspark (admission fee) and/or Lincoln.
Women’s divisions are: “A” Competitive, “B” Semi-Competitive, “C” Recreational.
Coed divisions are: “A” Competitive, “B/C” Semi-Competitive, “D/E” Recreational.
Generally 8-10 games per season.
To get on a team, go to the “Directory” page and contact the captain of the teams in the division you want to play in. Let them
know you are looking for a team. It is helpful to tell them your age, and prior soccer playing experience.
Board meetings are the 2nd Monday of the month, Sept – May.
For the months of Jun- Aug, they are on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Please be sure your team is represented.
Our office hours are only on Wednesday evenings, 5-7pm. However, items may be dropped off at the office when the building
is open (M-F 9am-5pm). Do not leave cash at the office. Weekly registration deadline is Wednesday night, 7pm.
