How to raise SMS and Mandatory Reporting

Any employee can raise a hazard or safety related request by logging on
http://flightsafety.airindia.in and going in to online reporting section
 SMS Process workflow has automate various reporting forms that are available on flight safety website
 It will be helpful for safety management system (SMS) team to track and monitor various hazard reports
submitted by employees
 Various DMS workflow processes will be used for reporting different report:
SMS Reporting
1. Anonymous reporting
2. Confidential reporting
3. Voluntary reporting
Mandatory Reporting
1. BIRD STRIKE reporting
2. EGPWS reporting
3. FDTL reporting
4. FSR – AI reporting
5. FSR-IX reporting
6. TA Reporting

Mandatory Reporting
 Following mandatory reporting can be raised : BIRD STRIKE reporting
 EGPWS reporting
 FDTL reporting
 FSR – AI reporting
 FSR-IX reporting
 TA Reporting
 All the mandatory reporting will have same action and feature like SMS reporting
 It can be raised in same way as described in earlier slides for SMS reporting
