AquaClub Assistant Coaches
AQUAClub, a Bronze Medal program, has Learn-to-Swim programs and
competitive swimming teams in Oxford, Clarkston, West Bloomfield, and
Southfield.
Do you have passion for swimming? Do you have a hole in your day until you
step on a pool deck? Think outside of the lane lines and take the lane less
traveled. We’re growing and looking to add multiple coaches to our staff that
share our passion, mission, and LOVE, for swimming.
We are currently looking for multiple assistant coaches for our Oxford and
Clarkston locations to continue contributing to our goal of excellence. Come and

Eligibility for Assistant Coach Position
Basic/Required
 Legally authorized to work in the United States
 Current or ability to obtain coach member of USA Swimming
 Current or ability to obtain in CPR, First Aid, AED
 Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
 1-2 swim meets per month
 Ability to physically move about the facility and be able to respond in the
event of an emergency situation
Preferred
 Excellent work ethic, engagement, & Organized
 Demonstrated ability to be a strong motivator
 Leadership skills and professionalism
 Previous swim team/coach experience
 Works well in a team environment
 Good written and verbal communications skills
 Strong interpersonal relationships
