 Use “adjective/adverb enough + verb (to- infinitive)” to describe that the characteristic of
someone/something is sufficient to be able to accomplish an action.
E.g.)You are smart enough to enter this university.

 Use “too adjective/adverb + verb (to- infinitive)” to describe that something cannot be
done because of the intensity/degree of the characteristic that is expressed by the
adjective/adverb.
