Architects should be B.Arch/BE(Civil) and must be registered with Institute of Architects/Institute of Engineers. (ii) The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K. (iii) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed - 1 job of Rs 20 lac or - 2 jobs of 10 lac or - 3 jobs of 8 lac interior furnishing projects of PSU/Government of India Undertaking. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance / repairs of premises of commercial / institutional / residential buildings. (b) Architects for Interior Furnishing/Renovation/Repair Work job above Rs.20 lac and upto Rs.100 lac i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017. Architects should be B.Arch/BE(Civil) and must be registered with Institute of Architects/Institute of Engineers. ii-- The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K. iii The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed a. 1 job of Rs 80 lac or b. 2 jobs of 40 lac or c. 4 jobs of 25 lac interior furnishing projects of PSU/Government of India Undertaking. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance / repairs of premises of commercial / institutional / residential buildings. (c) Architects for Interior Furnishing/Renovation/Repair job : above Rs.100 lac and up to Rs. 500.00 Lacs i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017. Architects should be B.Arch/BE(Civil) and must be registered with Institute of Architects/Institute of Engineers. ii) The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K. iii)The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed a. 1 job of Rs 400 lac or b. 2 jobs of 250 lac or i. 3 jobs of 200 lac interior furnishing projects of PSU/Government of India Undertaking. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance / repairs of premises of commercial / institutional / residential buildings. (2) Interior Furnishing Contractors: (a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 in executing interior furnishing of official premises of commercial buildings. Firm should have sale tax/ Vat and service tax number issued by respective department. Firm should have sale tax/ Vat and service tax number issued by respective department. Electrical Engineer should have qualification BE or B.Tech or ITI/Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering. (b) The average financial turnover during the last 3 years ended on 31.03.2017 shall be at least – i. Rs. 2 lacs p.a. for panels upto Rs.3 lac . ii. Rs.8 lacs p.a.for panels above Rs. 3 lac and upto Rs.10 lac. iii. Rs.10lacs p.a.for panels above Rs.10 lac . (c) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed electrical work of commercial / institutional / residential building of Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :- (i) for panels upto Rs.3 lac – - 3 jobs of Rs.1.2 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.1.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.2.4 lac. (ii) for panels above Rs. 3 lac and upto Rs.10 lac - 3 jobs of Rs. 4 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.8 lac. ( 4) Data Cabling Contractors/Engineers ( a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 in Data Cabling work of commercial / institutional / residential buildings. Firm should have sale tax/ Vat and service tax number issued by respective department. Engineer should have qualification BE or B.Tech or Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Engineering. (b) The average financial turnover during the last 3 years ended on 31.03.2017 shall be at least – i. Rs.80000/- p.a. for panels upto Rs.1 lac . ii. Rs.4 lac p.a for panels above Rs. 1 lac and upto Rs.5 lac © The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed Data cabling work of commercial / institutional building of Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :- (iv) for panels upto Rs.1 lac – - 3 jobs of Rs.0.40 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.0.50 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.0.80 lac. (v) for panels above Rs.1 lac and upto Rs.5 lac - 3 jobs of Rs. 2 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.2.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.4 lac. (d) The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their par performance. ( 5) Air conditioning contractors ( a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 for supplying, installation and after sale service of reputed brand of AC units like Daken, Blue Star, Voltas at commercial / institutional / residential buildings Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc.. (b) The average financial turnover during the last 3 years ended on 31.03.2017 shall be at least – i. Rs.1.60 lac p.a. for panels upto Rs.2 lac ii. Rs.4 lac p.a.for panels above Rs. 2 lac and upto Rs.5 lac iii Rs. 10 lacs p.a.for panel above Rs. 5.00 lacs b. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed for supplying, installation and after sale service of reputed brand of AC units like Daken, Blue Star, Voltas of commercial / institutional building of Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :(vi) for panels upto Rs.2 lac – - 3 jobs of Rs.0.80 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.1.00 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.1.60 lac. (vii) for panels above Rs.2 lac and upto Rs.5 lac - 3 jobs of Rs. 2 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.2.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.4 lac. c. The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their par performance. d. The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K. ( 6) Electricians The Individuals/ Firms must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 of repair work of electrical at commercial / institutional / residential buildings Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :- i) For panel of repair works up to Rs.10000 -- 1 job of Rs.8000 -- 2 Jobs of Rs. 5000 -- 3 jobs of Rs. 4000 ii) For panel over Rs.10000 and up to Rs. 100000 -- 1 job of Rs.80000 -- 2 Jobs of Rs. 50000 -- 3 jobs of Rs. 40000 The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Amritsar only. (7) Carpenters: The Individuals must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 of carpenter at commercial / institutional / residential buildings etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :- i) For panel of Job up to Rs.50000 -- 1 job of Rs.40000 -- 2 Jobs of Rs. 25000 -- 3 jobs of Rs. 20000 ii) For panel over Rs.50000 and up to Rs. 100000 -- 1 job of Rs.80000 -- 2 Jobs of Rs. 50000 -- 3 jobs of Rs. 40000 The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Amritsar City only. (8) Plumbers The Individuals must have minimum 3 years experience as on 31.03.2017 of plumbing work at commercial / institutional / residential buildings etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :- i) For panel of Job up to Rs.50000 -- 1 job of Rs.40000 -- 2 Jobs of Rs. 25000 -- 3 jobs of Rs. 20000 ii) For panel over Rs.50000 and up to Rs. 100000 -- 1 job of Rs.80000 -- 2 Jobs of Rs. 50000 -- 3 jobs of Rs. 40000 The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Amritsar City only. (9) Mesons/ Contractors for civil work Mesons for work up to Rs. 1.00 Lacs must have experience three years of masonry work of commercial, residential buildings. The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Amritsar city only. Contractors for civil work (a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 in executing civil work of official premises of commercial buildings. The Individuals/ Firms must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 in this line of business. All the eligible venders should submit their applications for empanelment along with requisite proof. They should have proper set up in Amritsar city. ( 11) Venders for Glow sign : Tenders are invited for empanelment of firms/ Individuals who deal in glow sign board of 3M quality and able to provide guarantee of five years from the manufacturer. (a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 of dealing in sign board and should have agencies arrangement with manufacturers of 3M quality material. (b) The average financial turnover during last 3 years ended on 31.03.2017 shall be at lease Rs. 50.00 Lacs and above. © The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K. ( 12) Stationery suppliers : Tenders are invited from suppliers of various stationery items including paper and computer stationery at competitive rate. The delivery of stationery will be at site.
