Installation
This installation guide is for anyone installing ePortal if e-Mobile Leave has been installed.
Before you begin, ensure you have a working backup of the e-Mobile Leave database and
application folder.
Install Sage EasyPay
You should have Sage EasyPay installed on your server. Please refer to Sage EasyPay install
guide if you have not installed it.
Install ePortal (if e-Mobile Leave exists)
Run ePortalSetup.exe
Run the ePortalSetup.exe file as administrator.

Click on the Next button.
Select New Installation and click on the Next button.

Read through the license agreement and accept the agreement. Click on the Next button.
Select a directory to install ePortal. Click on the Next button.

Uncheck all options as this was installed for e-Mobile Leave. It is not necessary to re-install
them.
Click on the Next button.
Click on the Install button.

ePortal and e-Mobile Leave share the same database so you do not need to Attach the
Database a second time. You also do not need to Create the ODBC as it has been done for
EasyPay. Uncheck Attach Database and Create ODBC System DSN. Click on the Next button.
Password is Resuretsa9m by default.
Browse the Database File from C:\inetpub\wwwroot\eMobileLeave\Database\eportal2.mdf
Click on the Next button.

Browse for the License File (.csv file) from: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\eMobileLeave\Web\license
Click on the Next button.
Register OCX, DLL and COM
After which, you will see these two windows appear.
Click the Stop Debug button for both windows. This only minimizes the application. It is still
running in the background.

Configure Web.config
The Web.config editor appears.
Click on Load and select from C:\inetpub\wwwroot\eMobileLeave\Web\web.config

Go to App Settings 1 tab
Replace all eMobileLeave wordings to eportal.

Go to App Settings 2 tab

Go to App Settings 3 tab
Click on Save to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\eportal\Web\web.config
Click the OK button.

Configure EPELeave User
This section registers the EPELeave user and password for ePortal.
Choose Setup and click the Run button.
Choose your DSN and enter the password EPEeportal. Click the Save button.
Password updated. Click the OK button.

ePortal v10.6.8.0 has been successfully installed. Click the Finish button.
Internet Explorer will open and you can start using ePortal v10.6.8.0.
You can sign in using the default login ID:
Employee ID: ADMIN
Password: RESURETSAM
