from either the Business Service Center or Paul IT Office for the purpose of unlocking the doors prior to the event as well as
locking the doors after the event.\\

Please use this space to provide additional details or information concerning your proposed event of which we should be
made aware.
Responsibilities of Event Coordinator
Paul College is solely responsible for providing the requested space. It is the responsibility of the Event Coordinator
to make arrangements for all event logistics, planning, execution and associated costs including, but not limited to, the
following:
Staffing the event, directing guests, arranging for tents, tensile barriers (“stanchions”), additional lighting,
AV services (audio, sound, photography), tables, chairs, parking, signage, etc.
Facilities:
Paul College does not have staff to clear or reset the Great Hall furniture and there is a cost associated with this. Please
include this task in your UNH Facilities request once your event is approved. All requests to clear the Great Hall furniture
must be coordinated with Tom Trela, Paul College Facilities Manager (603-862-5500) once an event has been approved.
Contact UNH Facilities at 603-862-1437 for cost and scheduling.
Tents:
Specific tents are permitted in the courtyard (40’ x 60’) and front lawn (maximum 40’ x 80’). The Event Organizer is
responsible for rental and costs associated with any tent. All tent set ups must be coordinated with Tom Trela, Paul
College Facilities Manager (603-862-5500), once an event has been approved. Contact Marshall Rental (207) 439-3344
for cost and scheduling. Tom Trela will coordinate arrangements for Dig Safe and fire inspections.
Catering:
You are welcome to serve food and beverages; however you are responsible for arranging the catering and for ensuring
that the room/area is clean following your event. Contact UNH Conference & Catering at 862-1900 for cost and
scheduling.
Parking:
Event Coordinators are responsible for reserving the number of guest parking spaces needed with UNH Parking Services.

Photography/Video Services:
Event Coordinators are responsible for making arrangements (including scheduling and cost) with a University-approved
vendor when seeking photography and/or video services to document their event. Please click the appropriate link to

For events held in G45 and/or G35 which occur outside normal business hours, the Event Coordinator is responsible for
