Cute little cabins. You can eat and spend the night, because you will be
over gross after the meal! All for about $50.00/person food and lodging.

You can only get there by hiking, plane or horse.
Lake Curlew at the Republic WA Fly-in in August. This was from my camp spot
under the wing at the fly-in.

Colville WA has a great August fly-in. Fly-in on Friday afternoon and
cook your own steak on charcoal grills (provided for a modest fee). A
breakfast is available at the airport on Saturday morning, along with an
air-show. Courtesy car is available.
Joseph, OR - Camping on field and nice easy walk into Joseph for lunch,
shopping or whatever. If you can get wheels, go to the tram up the
mountain because it's well worth the view on top.
St. Maries, ID - Courtesy car. Close to St Joe River, hiking, camping
Electric City, WA - Camping on field, right on the lake, picnicking. There is
a courtesy car that can be driven to Grand Coulee Dam for the laser light
show. Wow, quite spectacular.
Felts Field, WA - Good restaurant on the field. Nice to fly for breakfast
or lunch.
Troutdale, OR - If you want to do some shopping with no sales tax, the
Factory Outlet is an easy walk but probably would want to use the
courtesy car.
Newport, OR - We like to rent a car and fill up on fresh seafood. A
short drive along the coastline is well worth it and we especially love
Yachats.
Gleneden Beach, Siletz Bay, OR - Walk to the ocean for a picnic while
watching the waves crash on the shore. Also easy walking to Salishan
Lodge for the restaurant.
Pacific City, OR - Delicate Palate restaurant for food. Walk along the
beach to enjoy the ocean.
Friday Harbor, WA - My very most favorite place. Short walk into town
for many nice restaurants. Then watch the ferries come in and
depart. Worthwhile seeing is the Whale Museum.
Orcas Island, WA - Easy walk into town, camping on the field. Gorgeous
scenery.
Gold Beach, OR – Breathtaking scenery. Camping on the field PLUS
showers!
Republic, WA – A fun fly-in to attend!
