• Yogaforkids offers traditional yoga techniques recreated in a
playful, simple and fun way
• The multiple intelligence theory proposed by Howard Gardener is
the foundation upon which we build up our program as we strongly
believe that each child learns differently and is endowed with
unique potential
• Reading, story telling, art, craft, music, cooking and earth care
blend seamlessly with yoga movements to educate the whole child
ABOUT JAYA DHARAMDASANI
• YOGA FOR KIDS was born in the year 2006 by certified children's
yoga instructor and entrepreneur Jaya Dharamdasani
• Certified yoga teacher from Yoga Institute, Santa Cruz, Mumbai
• Certified participant on Brain-Gym and Sensory Motor Activities, by
U.S. Presenter Shoshana Shamberg
• Participated in the Yoga Foundations Training Program at Hongkong
(Head Office- Newyork,Founder & director "Marsha Wenig“
• Author of "Young Ones Yoga" with Fafa & Juno- Level 1 & 2
• Overall a hands on & a proactive person with an objective to build up
optimistic and stress free minds of the next generation, to enable them
to face daily challenges of life
