2017 GREATGIVE GRANT OPPORTUNITY
In gratitude for the tremendous support for Episcopal Charities in
the 2017 Great Give Palm Beach and Martin Counties, a portion
of our funding from that event has been allocated to a special
celebration of our churches' ministries and charitable partners.
AWARDS
Five $500 Community Ministry Grants will be awarded to five
Palm Beach and Martin County churches for church run ministries
not funded through the Basic Human Needs or Small Grants
programs. Ministries eligible for funding focus on feeding,
clothing, shelter or healthcare for youth, families and seniors. We
wish to share our Great Give fund raising success with more
parish programs that are doing significant work in their
communities but could benefit from Episcopal Charities funding.
BENEFITS and VISIBILITY
To increase visibility of your award, we will highlight winning
ministries on our website, Facebook page, newsletter and in other
social media outlets.
EVERYONE’S A WINNER!
All sponsoring church entrants will be invited to send three
representatives to a brunch celebration with a panel overview and
Q&A on best practices in running a community ministry. They will
have the opportunity to meet the Episcopal Charities team, and
will be listed in the Episcopal Charities of Southeast Florida Great
Give Special Directory Edition newsletter broadcast to over 1,000
local supporters.
