Their final form in English was sent by the coordinator at the beginning of December 2014 and then, each partner achieved the national language translation of the questionnaire. The Romanian team made the Romanian translation of the questionnaires. The applying of the questionnaires took place in January-February 2014. The Swedish partner made a template that was used by all partners in the collection and interpretation of the results of the questionnaires. In after the application and interpretation of the results of questionnaires, each project team of the 5 partner countries made, in March 2014, its own report that was sent to Swedish partner and uploaded on the project website in the section for each country, by the Greek partner (site administrator site). The Swedish partner corroborated the results of the national reports, making, in April 2014, the general report on the need for training the target group, correlated with the key issues revealed by the requirements of employers. The general report was also uploaded on the website of the project by the Greek partner. The team from Romania made its national report which can be found in English at the Outcomes section dedicated to Romanian partner. PREPARING THE MATERIALS FOR SEMINARS WITH THE TARGET GROUP After analysing of the general report about the questionnaires, in May 2014, the Romanian team, as coordinator of the project, proposed the partners the content of materials that will be developed for the seminars with the target groups. A first draft of these materials is going to be analysed in the framework of the second meeting of the project that will take place between 7 to 10 July 2014, in Kristiansand, Sweden. For this meeting the Romanian team has prepared the next materials: • submission to interview of those seeking a job, • CV, cover letter • Searching for a job (what's the place where a foreign man can address when is in search of work, documents required areas with shortage of labour, etc.) • Work Habits in Europe (importance of skills and experience in different areas, recognition of qualifications in some EU countries, the rights and obligations of employees) DISSEMINATION OF THE PROJECT The dissemination activities took place throughout the entire implementation period and mainly followed the plan presented in the application form and other ways, too. During the project implementation team meetings with potential target group performed at CEA Gorj, "Ion Mincu" Technical College, at Technical College No.2 Tg-Jiu, at "Constantin Brancusi" University of Tg-Jiu, were made short presentations of project's objectives, of the activities and of the source of financing. This presentation was repeated in a formal framework during launch seminar dated 10.17.2013 where was attended by guests from different institutions (Constantin Brancusi University of Tg-Jiu, CEA Gorj , Ion Mincu Technical College Technical College No.. 2 TgJiu, ISJ Gorj , Gorj CCD). As an example of good practice in the discussions at the end of the activity were presented the other types of funding through ANPCDEFP, too On 29.10.2013, after the completion of the seminar to launch the project, appeared in the newspaper "Vertical" a material that offer to the public the details about the project's purpose, objectives, activities, partners, etc. Following the visit in Romania of the partners in the first meeting of the project, during 79.11.2013, in the "Gorjeanul" newspaper appeared an article, dated 11/18/2013, about this meeting, about the objectives and activities of the project. Dissemination of the project was also carried out and the Yahoo group of Grundvigers, through materials provided by the project coordinator. During the meeting in Romania was established the name of the project's site that will be managed by the Greek partner. The site was launched in November 2013 on http://workineu.eu/ Here are all the information about individual partners, about the final products and the materials that are in progress, the activity reports, etc. The project also benefited from dissemination on the Association “Smart Educational Projects” website, http://sep-ngo.ro/ as well as during other domestic and international activities carried out by members of the organization. PROJECT EVALUATION Project evaluation was performed continuously throughout the period of implementation, watching the achievement of the objectives, both the of institution and the partnership (as coordinator institution). The project's beneficiary, Association "Smart Educational Projects" , has applied an initial questionnaire on training needs of the target group and found, once again, that few of those who are in search of their employment, whether young students or employees redundant, are able to convince employers that they are the right persons for the wanted job . For the elderly, writing a resume is extremely difficult because this document was introduced in the study programs after their graduating. Also, their presentation for a professional interview without taking into account the outfit that they have to wear, without taking into account the requirements of the job, especially without understanding that the rules of conduct which are required them by the foreign employer are consistent with the culture from which he comes. These and other details obtained after the interpretation of the results of the questionnaire demonstrated once again the need of a project with this topic. The evaluation for the level of realization of project's local activities was made permanently, by checking the documents by the project coordinator. Before submitting this interim report, each implementation team member, presented a report to the project's coordinator about the individual work in the first year of implementation (1.09.2013-27.06.2014). In partnership level, the assessment was made permanently by the project coordinator, through analysis of products (documents) achieved by each partner or joint, all these products are available directly on the project website or through links to the sites of partner's institutions. A partnership-level assessment of the project after the first year of implementation will take place at the second project meeting that took place from 14 to 18 July 2014, in Sweden.
