2016 NZSS Online registration process
The steps to the online registration process are:
1.
The TEAM MANAGER registers the team
A. The Team Manager will register their team via this link
http://www.sporty.co.nz/viewform/28162
2.
The TEAM MANAGER registers the individuals
A. The Team Manager will receive an email with a link to their TeamBuilder.
B. The Team Manager will click on update and manage the details of players, and log in using the details
provided in this email.
If the team manager has EVER used the Sporty system before they will be recognised by the system and they
will not be sent login details. If they have forgotten their password they will need to do a password reset by
clicking ‘Forgot Password?’ at the login screen. Typically their username will be their email address.
C. The Team Manager will then add individuals into this TeamBuilder view.
This will need to be done for EVERY individual (players and all support staff).

A red exclamation mark will appear indicating that one or more mandatory fields are incomplete for the
individual. For these individuals to be allowed to participate at the NZSS the registration process MUST
be complete. To complete the registration process, the team manager will need to click on the email
envelope beside the individuals name.
This will send the player an email with a link they can click to view and update their record.
3.
The individuals complete their registration
A. By clicking on update and confirm your details the individual will be directed to complete any required
fields and submit the form to automatically update the database.
4.
Checking/changing the team sheet
A. When team registrations are completed, Touch NZ will provide a team sheet to the school.
B. The school will advise of any changes to the team sheet.
C. The school Principal must authorise the team sheet and declare that all individuals are eligible as per the
NZSSSC eligibility criteria.
