Given the great popularity of the Lac au Sorcier in the réserve faunique Mastigouche, Sépaq holds a random draw each spring for
the attribution of the day fishing rights on this lake which will be open to fishingbetween June 20 and july 19 2015. There are
five boats per day available that can hold up to three anglers.
Draw Terms and Conditions

Registration will take place from March 1 to 31, 2015.
To enter the draw, you must be a Québec resident of at least 12 years of age as of March 31, 2015.
Registration is free.
Each person may only enter this draw once.
Registration takes place on the Web site at www.sepaq.com/randomdraw or by calling 1 800 665-6527. To enter the
draw on the Web, just check off the registration code on the electronic form and click Submit to complete your
registration. You will then receive a confirmation notice with the registration form number. We recommend keeping
this form number.
Every space on the form must be duly filled out, or else it could be rejected without notice before the draw.
The Lucky Winners….
The winners will be determined by random draw in early April. An e-mail notification will be sent to all of the participants
within 48 hours of the draw to inform winners of their rank. You can follow the progression of the calls to the winners on
our Web site.
Choice of Dates
Starting April 15, 2013, the winners will be contacted in the sequential order determined by the draw. The Sales and
Reservations Office staff will make these calls. You may only reserve one day-fishing trip per call. Cancellations will be
filled from the waiting list. Parental permission will be required for winners under the age of 18.

Here is how the cost of the reservation is divided: $35.91 per person for the fishing rights of access, plus $41.75 for the
boat. All taxes are not included. The invoice must be paid the moment the reservation is made.
The winner (group leader) may only choose one may only choose one rowboat.
The winner must be in attendance for the day of fishing. This person may only win once during the same season but
could be a guest angler more than once.
No reservation transfers are accepted.

No group leader substitutions will be accepted under any circumstances.
Cancellations will not be reimbursed.
Sépaq reminds everyone that filling out or signing a random draw registration form with fraudulent intent or without
legal authorization in the name or on behalf of another person may constitute a criminal act.
In entering this draw, you agree that Sépaq may cancel without notice any reservation obtained fraudulently, and
suspend your right to participate in a random draw for a period of 2 years if the day of fishing was obtained through
impersonation during the random draw process.
Sépaq reserves the right to restrict or cancel the attribution of certain fishing days if circumstances warrant. Certain
limitations may be applied at the time of reservation. During the operating season, the wildlife reserves may be affected
by climatic factors or disturbances that limit access to the usual services. If the date chosen following this random
draw coincides with the above-mentioned elements, Sépaq agrees to refund the cost of your reservation if the activity
is not available. However, your winner’s right for this draw may not be transferred to a subsequent year for these
reasons.
