The Northern Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association (NVHAA) was established to provide
homeschoolers and students, who otherwise do not have the opportunity, the chance to play competitive
high school sports in a Christian environment.
NVHAA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and is not funded by any government agency. Our funding
is mainly through tax deductible charitable donations, event sponsorships, event advertising, and
fundraisers. Some sponsorship levels are listed below, but any size donations are welcome.
Sponsorship Levels:
Gold: $ 1000
Silver: $ 600
Bronze: $200
Each level will offset specific expenses for the teams in NVHAA. Some examples are below.
Each Bronze sponsorship will cover one of the following:
1. Uniforms for one player
2. Preseason camp for one player
3. Helmet or shoulder pads for one football player
4. Concession stand expenses for one home game
5. Subset of training equipment (footballs, volleyballs, basketballs, nets, bats, etc.)
6. Team medical kit
7. Team Building Activity (ie. Awards Ceremony)
Each Silver sponsorship will cover/offset:
1. Annual concussion testing for a team
2. Officials for one game
3. Training Equipment such as on-line game review, blocking sleds, tackling pads, bases,etc.
4. Safety equipment & reconditioning (goal post pads, equipment reconditioning, etc.)
Each Gold sponsorship will offset costs for:
1. Team bus for travel to away games
2. Officials for two home games
3. Team travel to Tournaments
4. Team Insurance
5. Field and Court Leasing Expenses
