Instructions for New Players to FDAS.
Welcome to our Five Dock All Saints Netball Club. We know you will enjoy the fun, the friendship
and fitness that the game of netball will offer you.
In order to commence your registration process, you will need to sign up with Netball Australia.
For all new registrations we will require the following:

A copy of a birth certificate or passport of the person to be registered.
A passport size photo of the person to be registered.
Hard copies of the above can be passed to the registrars or scanned and e-mailed to
[email protected]

Once you click into {Click Here to Begin Sign Up} you will be taken to this screen.

Just to make sure that you are not already registered, please place the First and Last Name of the
new player into the First Time Participant entry along with their Date of Birth and select FIND ME

If you are not in the system you will receive a reply like this one:
You can now select CREATE NEW RECORD and the following page will appear for you to
commence to register your details:
Select the drop down for Netball NSW (state) as per above and press >Next.

The following page will appear for you to continue with your details.
Please check the details thoroughly as these are the details that will be held on file for you with
Netball NSW and FDAS. The required fields are marked with a red asterisk. *
Once completed, press >Next.
You will receive a confirmation from Netball NSW that looks like this:

From here you can now follow the procedure to register for FDAS.
