Application Form
Bald Hills Wind Farm has set up a Community Fund to provide money for projects of social,
economic or environmental benefit to the Tarwin Lower, Venus Bay, Walkerville districts. This may
include funding for local sporting groups, charities, community groups, education, culture, arts and
other not-for-profit organisations or other community needs. $33,596 has been allocated to the
fund for 2016. Applications will be split into three categories; grants to $500, grants from $501 to
$2000 and grants more than $2000.
Applications will be assessed by a committee of community members and successful applicants will
be advised. The funding for successful applications will be paid by Bald Hills Wind Farm directly to
the suppliers of goods and services, upon presentation of a tax invoice.
To apply for a grant please complete the three simple steps on this form and return it to Bald Hills
Wind Farm Community Fund. Applications open on 12 April 2016 and close on 31 May 2016. If
further information is required to assess projects more than $2000, the organisation will be advised
in June and will request that this information is provided by 30 June.
