Fun Play Party 11th May 2014 for girls in Nursery, Reception, Year 1, 2 and 3
On Sunday 11th May from 2.30pm until 4.30pm, FoGP are hosting a Fun Play Party for girls in
Nursery to Year 3. The event will take place at Brome House which is situated at the Godolphin
Senior School. This is a very beautiful Tudor house which has a lovely enclosed garden. Parking
will be at the senior school car park and Brome House is situated at the far end of the car park
in the lower section.
The girls will have the opportunity to enjoy a garden party with a bouncy castle, there will also
be face painting, party games and lots more. All this will be followed by a picnic style tea
(hopefully outside)
Please note, that in the event of very poor weather the event may be moved to the Prep school
(and only a small inflatable will be available at this venue but more indoor fun activities will be
organised for the girls)
The cost for the event will be £5.00 per child, which includes all activities and the picnic style
tea. Regretfully, older and younger siblings will not be able to attend this event and tickets will
only be sold to girls in the above year groups. It is hoped that later this term, the FoGP Family
Day on the 28th of June will provide an opportunity for a fun event for all the family. However,
on this occasion we think that a smaller party would be nice for our younger girls.
On the day, we will require a parent/ guardian to stay at the party and are unable to offer the
opportunity to drop off. However, if it helps year groups can organise for one parent to bring up
to three girls and take responsibility for their supervision at the party. Of course, there will be
several FoGP volunteers at the event and a selection of tea/coffee and cake/biscuits for all that
stay.
For organisational purposes, we ask that all tickets are purchased in advance and that all slips
are returned by Tuesday 6th of May.

marked Fun Play Party to one of the following FoGP members: Laura Mellodey, Emma Reeve,
Elena Oderstone, Swapna Sampalli and Julia Martin or if you are unable to return it to a FoGP
rep it can be returned to the school office by Tuesday 6th May. Thank you.
