2017 April Reflex Promotion Terms and Conditions of entry
1.
Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Competition, entrants accept these
Terms and Conditions.
2.
The Competition is only available to Australian Paper selected eligible partners as advised by the Promoter (Entrants).
3.
The Competition begins on 12.01am 01/04/2017 and closes at 11.59pm 30/04/2017 (Competition Period).
4.
The Eligible Product is Reflex Ultra White Carbon Neutral A4 (product code 161000).
5.
To be eligible to participate in the Competition, Entrants must during the Competition Period, purchase a minimum of four (4) pallets of Reflex Ultra White
Carbon Neutral (product code 161000) to receive one (1) pallet of Planet Ark Paper A4 (product code 162135)(Giveaway Product). Orders placed for more
than four (4) pallets of the Eligible Product will receive 1 Giveaway Product for each multiple of 4.
6.
One (1) pallet is equivalent to 400reams of A4 80 GSM office paper. Each pallet must consist of only one (1) product code.
7.
Orders must be made directly through Australian Paper. Only orders invoiced and delivered by 11.59pm on 30/04/2017 will be eligible for the
Competition. A three (3) day delivery and invoice grace period will be given to allow for logistical issues caused by weekends, public holidays or
unforeseen internal Australian Paper delays.

The delivery of the Giveaway Product will be dependent upon the volume of stock purchased. Orders placed where the accumulated amount is ex stock
(less than a full truck load), the Giveaway Product will be delivered during April 2017. Orders placed where the accumulated amount is an Indent Order
(full truck load), the Giveaway Product will be delivered in May 2017.
9.
If a winner is deemed not to comply with these Terms and Conditions they will not receive the Giveaway Product.
10.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entrants from, and prohibit further participation in this Competition by, any person who tampers
with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Competition or acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions,
acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
11.
The winner of the Prize is deemed to be the business entity that Eligible Product is sold to.
12.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential
loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in
connection with this Competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is
limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify
any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
13.
Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in
distributing the Eligible Product and the Giveaway Product.
14.
The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings.
15.
Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this Competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary
consideration, Entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged
are of equal GST inclusive market values.
16.
All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information Entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this
Competition. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Competition or
communicating with Entrants. By entering this Competition, Entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter’s database
and the Promoter may use this information for future Competition and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the Entrant via
electronic messaging. By entering this Competition, Entrants consent to receiving SMS or email messages from the Promoter. The Promoter is bound
by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by
contacting the Promoter at their address stated in the Promoter section of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy, located at
http://www.australianpaper.com.au/privacy/ contains information about:
(i) how Entrants can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and seek the correction of such information;
(ii) how Entrants can complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint; and
(iii) whether Entrants’ personal information the Promoter holds about them will be provided to overseas companies, and if so, which countries those
companies are located.
