- To promote Hong Kong ice-hockey through this competition

Collection Method:

1. Visit Mega
Ice and shoot the 2017 Mega Ice Hockey 5’s Tournament during the tournament period: 24 Apr 2017

to 6 May 2017 with themes:
Public (Fast Moving) / Public (Still Photo) / Student (Fast Moving) / Student (Still Photo)
(Entries would be classified by each group with each theme as in one judging panel). Each people can join more
than one theme in each group.
2. Post the photos and completed application form to Mega Ice, Unit 1, L10 MegaBox, 38 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon
st
Bay on or before 31 May 2017. Please state “2017 Mega Ice Hockey 5’s Photo Competition”, Participant’s
name, group and category on the envelope.
Rules and Regulations:
1. All participants MUST not go down to piers for photo shooting. Any participant breach the rules will result in
immediate disqualification.
2. All submitted entries should be related to the theme of the Photo Competition
3. The submitted entries would be in form of full color hard copies. Maximum 3 entries are allowed for each theme,
maximum 6 entries in total.
4. Please submit 4R colour hard-copies (With themes and names at the back of the photo). Please also save your
files in JPEG format and burn in a CD-ROM for submission. You can put all the photos on the same CD. Please write
down your name and the title of each photo clearly on your submitted CD.
5. All submitted entries cannot be digitally adjusted.
6. Participants can only take photo outside Mega Ice and cannot get into the tournament area. The photos,
which taken inside Mega Ice or non-public area, will be disqualified.
7. All submitted entries will not be returned. All awarded photos may be counted as exhibition use or other promotion
use.
8. All submitted entries must be in original, no copied or synthesis works will be accepted.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to publish your photo(s) for exhibition, website or publicity materials for any
promotional purpose.
10. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations of the event and to change the event details
and final results without prior notice.
11. The Organizer will not be responsible for any damage/loss of submissions.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to use the submissions in the future for any promotional and marketing service.
Judging and Awards:
 The Judging Panel will be formed by the representatives from the Organizer and the Co-organizer.
 Total 2 Outstanding submissions in each theme will be chosen by judge panel
 Champion and First Runner-Up for each group with each theme will be selected among the outstanding
submissions
 Winner list will be announced online on the following websites:

 Every participant will be awarded once
 Winners will be contacted individually at the late June 2017.

One Nikon Cash Voucher HK$1,000, One Mega Ice Free Skating Half-Year Pass
First Runner-up (Each Group with each theme):
One Nikon Cash Voucher HK$500, One Mega Ice Free Skating Three-Month Pass
