REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RENTAL AND SALE OF MACHINERY AND
EQUIPMENT.
Clients wishing to rent load handling equipment must comply, without exception, with the
following requirements:
 Equipment Rental Requirements.
(Copies of each of the following):
Company/Corporation.
 Articles of Incorporation. (Only the following: cover page, power of attorney,
registration).
 RFC.
 Proof of company’s current physical address, no older than 3 months.
 IFE or INE of company’s legal representative. (Front and Back)
 Power of Attorney (In case one is not included in the Articles of Incorporation).
Individual:
 RFC.
 Proof of current physical address, no older than 3 months.
 IFE or INE
 Promissory Note
*Additional requirements for new clients:
 Renter’s tax and bank information in letterhead form or account statement
 Purchase Order (with complete information of both the owner and the renter) signed,
specific rental period, and place of delivery.
 Proof of bank transfer or Cash paid in advance.
 3 Commercial references with landline telephone in letterhead.
