BLOCK CAPITALS PLEASE Headline information: The International Sheepdog Society is holding the 2017 English National Trials in Suffolk for the first time in its History. The venue will be at the beautiful Haughley Park, near Stowmarket, which has excellent connections to the A14, and all routes within East Anglia. To back up this trial, we are organising a one off 3 day event ‘Suffolk on Show’ The aim is to showcase all that is good within our County. There will be three general themes within this event: People, History and Lifestyle Agriculture, Food and Drink Industry, Arts and Crafts We are now accepting entries from organizations who wish to demonstrate skills, products, services or aspects of local art, heritage and culture. Criteria for entry is that your product, service or business is Suffolk based. Pitches of 3 x 3 meters are available inside marquees or outside in the show area. Larger size pitches may be available by negotiation. There will be no vehicular movement on the site after this time unless by prior arrangement with the Event Organisers. Allowance of vehicles on to the site after this set time will be at the discretion of the Event Manager or Safety Officer. I wish to enter myself/group for the Suffolk On Show event.. Vehicle Movement - There will be no vehicular movement on the site between [7.30am and 7.30pm] on event days, except with the permission of the Event Manager or Health and Safety Officer. The movement of such vehicles will only be allowed under the supervision of the stewards. 2. Speed Limit - A strict Speed Limit of 5mph is in force at all times on the museum site. Exhibitors are asked to be aware of the safety of pedestrians and in particular CHILDREN. 3. Pre-Booked Exhibits - Only pre-booked exhibits will be allowed on site. Entries are non transferable. The Organisers reserve the right to decline participation by any entrant where the information contained in the entry form, in their opinion, turns out to be incorrect. Applicants are not permitted to sub-let any of the space allocated to them. 4. Conduct - Exhibitors and their respective parties must adhere to the Event Organisers and Stewards instructions at all times and conduct themselves in an orderly manner. This is strictly to ensure the smooth running of the event. The Event Managers decision is final in all matters. 5. Camping - This will be away from the event display areas. 6. Cancelation/Non –Attendance – Where an applicant cancels the space reserved for them for any reason, all fees paid will be forfeited and the organisers reserve the right to re-let the space. 7. Litter - Please respect the site owners by disposing of your litter in the bins provided or taking it home with you. 8. Insurance - Exhibitors must have their own public liability insurance. 9. Behaviour - The Event Organisers expect a good standard of behaviour at all times. Swearing, drunkenness, assaults and recreational drug use are not allowed. We reserve the right to dismiss anyone from our site immediately without reason for the harmony of the whole event and the welfare of other participants. 10. Opening Times – All Trade Stands must be ready for action by 9am each day and close at 5pm. No noise will be allowed after 8am that may upset competing dogs. 11. Trade Stand Parking – Applicant’s vehicles will be parked in the allocated area away from the show and must display the relevant car parking label. 12. No dog foods may be advertised, displayed or sold except by written permission of the International Sheepdog Society.
