Your coordinator nominated you at Novancia Business School and you have just received an
message inviting you to complete your registration online.
Please follow carrefully this process
1- HOW COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION ONLINE
STEP 1 : Click on the Internet link WEBAURION in the email or go to : https://adn-aurwebprd.novancia.fr/faces/Login.xhtml
STEP 2 : Enter your login giving in the email

STEP 3 : On the top right, you can modify the language : select Français or English
STEP 4 : On the left, select « My information » tab

STEP 6 : Fill in the required informations
1- Please be carreful to right complete missing information as:
 Date of Birth
 City/town of birth
 Country of Birth
 Nationality
 Your home address
 Your address in France (when know)
2- Upload your photo (.JPEG – ID card format: maximum format 300 pixels wide and 400 pixels high)

STEP 8: On the left, select « Incoming Student » tab

STEP 9: Click on « Add » to begin your registration
Registration on the website is divided into 4 different stages: pre-registration, academic registration,
administrative registration and post arrival follow up.
1- Pre-registration:
Make sure to provide all the following information and to attach the required documents*.
Otherwise your application to Novancia Business School will not be considered.
*Required documents:
 Copy of your passport (or ID Card if you are European)
 Copy of your Resume
 Copy of your Cover Letter
 Copy of your latest Current Transcript of Grades
 Copy of your TOEIC (or proof of English proficiency)
 Copy of your Europeen Health Insurance Card (EHIC) (for European student only)
2- Academic registration:
Make sure to attach the required documents*.
Otherwise your application to Novancia Business School will not be considered.
*Required documents:
 Copy of your Learning Agreement (validated by your home university)
 Please, from June 20th, check box 5 for Learning Agreement Approuval
3- Administrative registration:
Make sure to provide all the following information and to attach the required documents*.
Otherwise your registration to Novancia Business School will not be considered.
*Required documents:
 Signed School rules & Policies form
 Signed Image Rights waiver form
