PERFORMANCE Stream DEVELOPMENT Stream For the Train-to-Compete Athlete Junior: 2006-2003 Senior: 2002-1999 For the Train-to-Learn Athlete Junior: 2011-2006 Senior: 2005-1999 Morning and afternoon ice sessions - 12.5 hours for the week; Off-ice sessions (strength & conditioning); Instructional activities (nutrition, mental prep); Guest speaker; Nutrition table – fruit, water, drinks; “Game Day” celebration; Camp jersey.
