Full-day hockey camp offering two streams – “Performance” and “Development”
Camp program designed by Brock women’s hockey professional coaching staff;
Brock Women’s Hockey players serve as on and off-ice instructors;
On-ice player-to-instructor ratio of 5:1;
Goalie instructor for all sessions; maximum 3 goalies per group.

 Morning and afternoon ice sessions - 12.5
hours for the week;
 Off-ice sessions (strength & conditioning);
 Instructional activities (nutrition, mental prep);
 Guest speaker;
 Nutrition table – fruit, water, drinks;
 “Game Day” celebration;
 Camp jersey.
