Winch Accessory Kit:
1. P urchase a qualifying WARN winch between
June 1, 2016 and July 31, 2016.
2. Include a copy of your retailer receipt that
clearly shows items purchased and purchase
date. For internet orders, provide your order
confirmation that clearly shows items
purchased and purchase date.
3. Include the UPC bar code from your winch
packaging for each winch purchased.
4. S ERIAL NUMBER IS REQUIRED for all winch models (except VR).
Claims that do not include a serial number will be rejected.

ake a photocopy of your claim submissions for your records.
7. Limit two (2) claims per receipt.
