Dear NHDP State Committee Members:
Please mark your calendar for our next New Hampshire Democratic Party State Committee
meeting which will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 25th at the NH Democratic
Headquarters at 105 North State Street in Concord.
We will hear updates on our activities, the special elections, and the legislative session. We
will also adopt the annual budget for the state committee. If you are unable to attend but wish
to vote on NHDP budget please request a proxy from Erin Turmelle at [email protected].
Please bring a pot luck item for our post meeting get together! Any food item welcome - please
let Erin Cotton know what you will bring with you ([email protected]). We will provide soft
drinks and water.
One last thing- we are in the midst of our county caucus elections season. The members of the
newly elected county executive committees are automatic members of the state committee.
Therefore, if you are a member of the state committee from Belknap, Coos, Grafton,
Hillsborough towns, Manchester, Merrimack, Rockingham, and Strafford because you were
elected by your county committee, only those elected in your upcoming caucus will be
members for this meeting. If you chose to not seek reelection or are not reelected you will not
be a voting member at the Sunday, June 25th meeting.
