Let's Get Started
Step 1
STEP 1
Begin by going to Dremel3D.com to download the models, from the "Tic-Tac-Toe Set"
Step 2
STEP 2
While your pieces are printing, create your Tic-Tac-Toe board. Start by using your Dremel Saw-Max and
SM500 accessory to cut a 14” square out of ¼” plywood.
Step 3
STEP 3
Next, remove the sharp corners from the board. Do this by measuring 1 inch down from all four corners and
drawing a line with a pencil. Cut this line using the Saw-Max again.
Step 4
STEP 4
Then, smooth the edges of the plywood using the Dremel Multi-Max and sanding accessory. Continue
sanding the top of the board to remove any rough area.
Step 5
STEP 5
Once sanded, paint the board, keeping in mind you will need to paint lines over this color. The darker the
board, the more coats you will need to for the lines to show through.
Step 6
STEP 6
Once the paint on the board is dry, divide the board into nine squares, using a ruler and pencil. To create
equal-sized squares, draw lines at 3 7/8 inches and 4 1/8 inches. As shown in the picture, place tape against
the two lines, keeping the gap between the lines open to paint a distinguishing color. Repeating the same
measurements from the first painted line, create two more parallel lines. Turn the board 90 degrees and repeat
this two more times, making nine squares.
Step 7
STEP 7
After the board is dry, gather the printed X’s and O’s and play a fun game of Tic-Tac-Toe.
