We always choose local and then organic. With the bounty of food purveyors and small farms in greater
Portland dedicated to crafting the best of local and seasonal foods, we are fortunate to have such a rich
variety to choose from and share with you.
Lunch Entrees - Fall/Winter 2016
Our lunch selections include a seasonal green salad and an Artemis dessert. Most of our entrees are
served plattered, and most will be served at room temperature.
Turkey Meatloaf
Local turkey mixed with carrots, onions and bread crumbs.
Served with squash and potato puree and tomato sauce.
Cumin Coriander Quinoa Cakes
Served with sautéed kale and cilantro mint sauce.
Seasonal Ravioli
Locally-made ravioli with seasonal fillings served with house tomato sauce or butter sage sauce.
Baked Ziti
Locally-made pasta baked with roasted local squash, sausage, ricotta and parmesan cheeses.
Cumin Coriander Chicken
Local chicken breast, marinated with spices, grilled and served with coriander rice
and cilantro mint yogurt sauce.
Sage-Roasted Northwest Turkey Breast
With sweet potato gratin and Hood River apple cranberry chutney.
Lemon, Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Chicken
Local chicken marinated overnight and roasted.
Served with local parsley potato and root vegetable sauté.
Cuban Pork
Citrus-marinated braised local pork shoulder served with yellow rice, black beans and cilantro.
Pork & Pears
Roasted local pork loin served with braised red cabbage, roasted pears and fried sage.

on a bed of lemony wilted greens.
True Cod
Herb-marinated local cod, pan-seared and served with either red wine-braised lentils
or mushroom ragout and brown rice.
Beef Tenders **+
Herb and garlic-marinated local beef tenders, seared and served sliced with roasted potatoes and onions
with our housemade steak sauce.
