Statement in pursuit of satisfying Condition 7 of Planning Approval 15/12672/FUL
Condition 7 of the Planning Permission granted on 28/01/2016 calls for a secure cycle
storage to be provided for the future residents of the development.
The existing outbuilding originally proposed to be used as storage by the residents is big
enough to accommodate the cycle storage required in Condition 7. It is thus proposed to
divide the outbuilding into four storage units, one unit for each of the three flats and a
common unit to be used as the secure bicycle storage.
