1.1 Purpose (Unique value add)
Provide skills and knowledge to support the ongoing development, improvement and maintenance of quality management systems (Environmental,
Drinking Water Quality, Recycled Water and Workers Health and Safety), as well as ensuring consistency, uniformity, efficiency and delivery of overall
quality systems compliance across all management systems.
1.2 Objectives
The objectives (maximum 6) of this role are to:
 Quality system documentation including Emergency Management, Drinking Water Quality System (DWQMS), Environmental Management System
(EMS), Recycled Water Management System (RWMS) and Workers Health and Safety (WHS) and are further developed, improvements and
efficiencies/rationalisation of process identified and implemented across all business management systems and quality system compliance achieved.
 Support and conduct internal/external audits and management of audit results and actions and completion within agreed timeframes.
 Quality system documentation reviews are coordinated and system reporting conducted as required with all operating improvement actions managed.
 Communicate quality system principles and objectives to stimulate behavioural and cultural change and deliver training in all aspects of quality systems.
 Operational site induction documents are developed, managed and are in use to ensure compliance with the quality management systems.

 Contribute to integration and support framework development.
 Assist with the development of continuous improvement across the group.
 Prepare for and summarise progress at Annual Management Review.
 Coordinate actions from action requests, external and internal audits.
