Tear Down: after end of show at 4:00 pm.

Box Lunch: available to exhibitors – pre-order at $12 each – regular or vegetarian
DAZZLE Café: available all day – soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries, snacks, and beverages
Basic Fee includes:
 One 10’x10’ carpeted space
 One 8’ table with covering
 Two chairs
 Two preprinted name tags, if needed
 Electricity, if needed – Please bring your own
extension cord and power strip.
 Assistance with loading before and after show
Additional details will be mailed to registered vendors.
Fee Schedule:
$100 if Application and payment are received
by December 31, 2016
$125 if Application and payment are received
by July 31, 2017
$140 if Application and payment are received
after September 30, 2017
Registration deadline is September 30, 2017
Fees for Extras:
$25 each additional table
$45 corner space, if available
$12 each boxed lunch – regular or vegetarian
